Rules & Regulations for Abstract / Free Paper / Award Paper

General Guidelines
- All abstracts, posters, and presentations must be
prepared and presented in English.
- Both Case Reports and Original Research Papers are
eligible for submission under:
- Free Paper
- SPICE Award Paper
- Poster Presentation
- The submitted work must be original and should not
contain plagiarism.
- A presenter may submit:
- One Case Report
- One Original Research Paper
- The presenting author must be a registered delegate of
the conference.
- A declaration letter signed by the Guide and Head of
Department should accompany the submission wherever
applicable.
- The scientific committee reserves the right to:
- Accept or reject abstracts
- Change presentation category
- Modify session allocation
- Disqualify incomplete submissions

Submission Starts: May 10, 2026
Submission Ends: June 10, 2026
Abstract Structure

- Materials & Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
Word Limit
Recommended abstract word limit: 250–350
words
Formatting
- Font: Times New Roman / Arial
- Use clear scientific language
- Use standard abbreviations only
- Avoid tables and excessive graphics in abstract body

- Corresponding Author Details
Ethical Requirements
- Necessary ethical committee approval should be obtained
wherever applicable.
- Patient confidentiality must be maintained.
Free Paper Presentation Rules
- Original research
- Clinical studies
- Case series (minimum 5 cases)
- Interesting case reports
Presentation must be prepared in
16:9 ratio (1920 × 1080) format.

and academic decorum throughout the conference.
